Regional Marketing Lead

We are currently hiring a Regional Marketing Lead. This is an exciting role which will devise and deliver marcomms strategies and campaigns. This role offers hybrid working and will be based out of our Head Office in Whitley, Yorkshire (DN14 0HR) office.
What will you be doing in this role?
Reporting globally to the Global Marketing Lead based in Spain and locally to the UKI Sales Director, the Regional Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing marcomms programs to promote the Tunstall brand and support selling products and services at a group and regional level.

The Ideal candidate:
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working autonomously and engaging with key stakeholder both locally and regionally. This person will be a good all-rounder and someone who can see campaigns through from inception to delivery.
Required skills and experience
- Deep knowledge and broad marketing experience, with excellent understanding of its role within a commercial organisation.
- Proven track record in delivering projects and campaigns, on time, in budget and to required quality.
- Strong content creation skills for various channels and initiatives, including email marketing, social media, website, blogs, white papers, case studies, and other marketing materials.
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with the target audience and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure content performance, lead generation and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Fully competent in utilising digital tools and channels, with knowledge of best practice across web, social, SEM and the developments in AI.
- Knowledge of social media profiles - LinkedIn, Facebook business pages and Instagram.
- Knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Experience of working with a CRM and email marketing database.
- Experience of working with external agencies.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
Required competencies
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marcomms, content marketing identifying opportunities to incorporate them into the content strategy
- Ability to plan and prioritise multiple projects to meet agreed deadlines and targets, and ability to respond to tight deadlines and changing circumstances.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate in English and local language both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, proactively and manage own time.
- Ability to work collaboratively to build relationships and trust with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to travel to internal and external meetings and events as required.
Desirable skills and experience
- Experience of working in a global matrix organisation and ability to successfully collaborate in a remote (virtual) team.
- Educated to degree level in an associated subject and/or relevant work experience,
- Proficient in the use of the Adobe Creative Suite and MS Suite.
- Experience in the Healthcare/Social care Industry
Some of your key day to day tasks will be…
- Become a key member of the Group Marcomms team, supporting the development and delivery of the marketing strategy on a global and regional level.
- Develop and execute high-quality, engaging and persuasive content and campaigns that resonate with the target audience and communicates key messaging and value propositions, increases engagement, and interaction with the Tunstall brand across our channels to increase sales leads for the business.
- Act as lead marcomms point of contact for the UKI business, working directly with the regional leadership team to support regional growth targets.
- Development and management of local budgets in line with global priorities with a focus on hitting key KPI’s and proving ROI on spend.
- Manage digital assets and channels including Tunstall.co.uk and associate social channels.
- Develop relationships across a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring customer voice is integral in decision making.
- Act as project lead and/or production resource to support the marcomms group and other stakeholders.
- Take part in the production/development and distribution of marcomms materials on global and local level
- Plan and deliver events and exhibitions to maximise reach to target audiences.
- Support CX initiatives to enhance customer interactions across multiple touchpoints.
- Take part in improving and implementing marcomms processes.
