Stock & Procurement Administrator

We are recruiting a Stock & Procurement Administrator to join our Team based in West Yorkshire (Whitley, DN14 0HR). We offer a hybrid working pattern with a mix of office and remote working.

What will you be doing in this role?
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Stock & Procurement function, ensuring accurate data entry, timely processing of purchase orders, reporting and effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
The Ideal candidate:
We’re looking for someone with experience in a similar role with good organisation and communication skills
Required skills and experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or procurement support role.
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Required competencies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable skills and experience
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Raise and process purchase orders in line with procurement procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, deliveries, and supplier information.
- Assist in monitoring supplier performance and resolving delivery or invoicing issues.
- Support the Stock & Procurement Manager in preparing reports and data analysis.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure stock requirements are met.
- Help maintain the integrity of the ERP system with up-to-date procurement and inventory data.
- Provide general administrative support to the procurement team.
